2015 Recap
I created this blog in Nov 2013 but didn't publish my first post until August 2014. Lol, as a matter of fact, I didn't take it seriously until September 17 last year! Initially, I started with entertainment, you know, after reading oga's blog, Linda Ikeji's blog, for several months and being enchanted by it. *wink* But later moved to Health and Lifehacks and sub niches.
I know some people, especially my sisters, think I take this blog too seriously, considering I don't get paid for it. The thing is, I take everything I do seriously...Education, Religion, etc And I'm glad I take this blog seriously because it's been worth it.
There are so many other things I have gained from blogging that money can't buy. Like friendship, like love, like meeting people like Becky, Chincobee, Naija Mom, Gift Adene, Kish, Duncaholly and of course BMF(Bolatito Apatira). She has been so supportive and consistent in commenting on SIN. Forever will I be grateful to her...:-) Blogging has also given me the opportunity to know every single person and the top players in the blogosphere. People like Linda Ikeji of LIB, Stella of SDK, Uche Pedro of Bellanaija, Jide Ogunsanya of Ogbongeblog, Agrawal of SML and a lot more. Would I have ever met you guys if I hadn't started blogging? I have no regrets.
I've blogged about everything from Life-hacks, Trends(topics/people trending on twitter, Google and the world at large), Lifestyle, Gadgets/Technologies . I also blog about my own struggles as a young entrepreneur, a Student and everything fun, annoying, sad, unhappy and different. Thanks for tolerating all my novice self, craziness, encouraging my good sense, sharing experiences with over 4, 000 readers of this blog, *wink* and for taking the time to drop comments.
All in all, thanks for being with me all through the year. I thank God for giving me the wisdom to start this blog, Linda Ikeji for being the inspiration and you guys for the encouragement. Whether you love me or not, your comments, whether positive or negative have somehow made me more knowledgeable about life and made me a better person.
I also hope this blog has touched your lives in the most positive way.
Here's a recap of some of the things we have experienced on this blog. And the top ten posts that top SIN (My blog's former name is, Somewhere In Nigeria:-) stat!
Enjoy!
